What we collect
Name, email address, phone number and country when you book or enquire; your booking details (tour, date, guest numbers); and any special requests you send us. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
Why we collect it
To confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about your trip (including weather changes), to meet legal and accounting obligations, and — only if you ask us to — to send occasional offers.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract for booking data; legal obligation for accounting records; consent for any marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking and accounting records for the period Croatian tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider, our email provider, and the authorities where the law requires a passenger list. We do not sell data to anyone.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to AZOP, the Croatian data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we later add analytics, we will ask for consent first.
