Ferries are cheap and slow, and they never run when you actually need them. A private transfer takes you door to door: Split airport to a villa on Šolta, Trogir to Hvar town for dinner, Brač back to the mainland at six in the morning for a flight.
The boat carries up to eleven guests with luggage, so it works for families and small groups as well as couples. Your skipper meets you at the agreed jetty and handles the bags.
