Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with ADV Yachting for boat tours and private transfers departing Trogir, Croatia.
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we have received payment or a written confirmation from us, whichever comes first. You will receive the departure point, time and skipper contact by email.
2. Prices
Private charters are priced per boat for up to 11 guests. Group tours are priced per person; children aged 2–11 pay 50% and under 2 travel free. Prices include fuel, harbour fees, crew, snorkelling equipment and bottled water. Other drinks are not included. They exclude meals ashore, entry fees where applicable and gratuities.
3. Payment
Payment is by card at the time of booking unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Prices are in euro (EUR).
4. Changes by you
Date changes are free up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours, changes are at our discretion.

6. Passenger numbers
The boat is licensed for 11 guests. We cannot exceed this under any circumstances. Guests not declared at booking may be refused boarding.
7. Safety and skipper authority
The skipper has final authority on route, timing and whether to sail. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. We may refuse or end a trip in cases of intoxication or behaviour that endangers others, without refund.
8. Liability
We hold third-party liability insurance for all passengers. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged aboard, nor for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, port authority decisions and mechanical failure.
9. Health
Please tell us at booking about pregnancy, reduced mobility, heart conditions or back problems so we can advise on suitability.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes fall to the competent court in Split.
